Aunt's ANZAC Biscuit Recipe

  1. Preheat Oven to 150-160°C
  2. Slowly melt the butter together with the golden syrup
  3. Mix the dry ingredients, (Flour, Sugar, Oats and Coconut), together in a bowl
  4. Mix the bi-carb soda with the boiling water
  5. Make a well and pour in the melted butter mixture and the bi-carb soda mixture
  6. Stir together untill you have a moist, gooey mass
  7. Spoon mixture onto baking trays
  8. Bake for 20 minutes
  9. Once removed from the oven, allow biscuits to set
